Return & Exchange Policy:

Easy & Simple Exchanges & Returns
 
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new item.  If for any reason you need to exchange or return your item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your purchase with a return authorization number as outlined below.  Items must be returned in their original packaging with all contents from the original shipment and are required to be in new resalable condition.  If your item was damaged upon receipt, you received an incorrect item or is missing components, please read the"Additional Assistance Needed" section below. 

Two Choices When Exchanging Your Item

Quick Exchange: Request a return authorization by contacting customer support.  Pay for the item you would like to exchange for at the time you request your exchange and we will ship the order according to the items standard processing time with free shipping.  Once your return has been received and processed, your "qualifying credit"* will be issued to your original payment source.

Standard Exchange:  Request a return authorization by contacting customer support. Once we receive your return, we will process an order for your replacement item and we will ship the order according to the items standard processing time with free shipping.  Upon receipt of your returned item, your "qualifying credit"* will be applied to the cost of your exchange item.  If any balance is due, we will process a charge to your original payment source unless otherwise notified.

Returning Your Item

You may return your item by requesting a return authorization by contacting customer support.  Once your return has been received and processed, your "qualifying credit"* will be issued to your original form of payment.  If you paid by a store gift certificate, the "qualifying credit"* will be issued in the form of a store credit.


*Qualifying Credit: Credit for exchange and return items is based on the original payment amount for that item less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.  If your item qualified for free shipping at the time your order was placed, the actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount.

**Items that are considered customized or special order may not be returned for credit. 

Additional Assistance Needed

If your item was received damaged, you received the incorrect item or is missing components, please contact our customer support department within 72 hours of receipt.  We will contact the manufacturer and have a replacement item, the correct item, or the missing components shipped to you.  Incorrectly shipped and Damaged items are eligible for exchange at our expense for the item ordered.  Some damaged items may only require replacement of effected parts.
